When you use a browser, such as Chrome, it uses cache and cookies to store information from websites. Deleting them fixes certain problems, such as those related to loading or formatting of sites.
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More
( the three little dots, as shown in the picture below 👇)
Click on More Tools and then Clear Browsing Data.
At the top of the page, choose a time period. To delete everything, select All periods.
Check the boxes next to "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files".
Click Clear Data.
