In your prospection campaigns made with Oliver, the answers will be counted as manual or automatic answers.

We count the automatic answers, which can have an impact on your prospecting and your way of apprehending a commercial opportunity. The notification system is therefore also functional for automatic responses.

Examples :

  • It may be important to know that a prospected company uses an email filtering system such as MailInBlack or other to pass the barrier manually.

  • It can be important to know that a prospected person is on maternity leave and to know the day of his return.

  • It may be important to know that a person being prospected is on leave and to know the day of his return.

  • It may be important to know that a prospected person is no longer working for the company.

  • It may be important to know that a prospected company is in liquidation.

Be careful, the impact of a manual response is different. Indeed, when Oliver detects that an answer is manual, the opportunity automatically switches to Oliver OFF status. This means that the scheduled follow-up calls are cancelled and you have to process the opportunity, respond to the prospect, make an appointment in case of a negative response, or manually follow up on prospects in case of a negative response.
