When using Oliver, you develop your target when creating a campaign. If you do not have qualified and verified contacts to import into the application, you can use the verified contacts from the Oliver database. Once purchased, the contact belongs to you and you can reuse these contacts as often as you like in your campaigns on Oliver. The purchase price of the contact depends on the decision-making capacity of the person. The higher it is, the higher the price of sending.

There are 4 levels of decision-making capacity:

  • Management ++++

  • Employee +++

  • Assistant ++

  • Generic +

The emails that we hold in our databases are automatically categorized in a decision-making capacity level via very precise rules.

  • Management ++++

When we link an email to a person who has a LinkedIn account, and we have a series of keywords corresponding to the hierarchical level "Management" or " Executive", this contact is placed in the "Executive" level.

When we link an email using a non-professional email provider (e.g. gmail, yahoo, etc) to a company and no person is linked to this company on LinkedIn or otherwise, this contact is placed in the "Management" level. We find a lot of this case for VSEs, which do not necessarily use professional email.

When we detect that an email belongs to a person that we could not link to a LinkedIn profile, but we know that this person belongs to a very small company, this contact is placed in the "Management" level.

  • Employee +++

When we link an email to a person with a LinkedIn account and their current position holds a series of keywords corresponding to the hierarchical level "Employee", this contact is placed in the "Employee" level.

  • Assistant ++

When we link an email to a person with a LinkedIn account and their current position holds a series of keywords corresponding to the hierarchical level "Assistant" or "Trainee", this contact is placed in the "Assistant" level.

  • Generic +

When we detect that a professional email does not belong to a person, this contact is placed in the "Generic" level.
