It may therefore happen that an email sent by Oliver is no longer used, and you receive a notification such as "Mail Delivery Subsystem", "Mail Delivery Failure".

In this case, here is how we deal with this in Oliver :

  • You are not charged for the email

  • The contact will not appear in your contacts.

  • This action will be removed from your campaign statistics.
