Your order has the status "Preparing". What does this mean?

You have confirmed that all the fields are in accordance with your request and asked us to "start preparing your order".

When does this status occur?

At this time, the order will be processed by our dedicated teams to verify its content. 

As soon as this happens, the emails will be generated and the warm-up will be launched (see article about the warm-up). 

If a discrepancy/error is found, an OliverList account manager will contact the user to make the necessary changes to the order.
