Your order has the status "Running". What does this mean?

The order is running. The first e-mails are sent.

When does this status occur? 

As soon as at least one of the sales staff added to the order has completed their warm-up/warm-down process and the order has been verified by our team.

At this point, the order will not need to be verified by our dedicated team.

This has already been done when the order has had the status "In preparation".

If an order has not yet been verified, it cannot be in progress.
