When you validate an order on Oliverlist, it automatically takes on the status "in preparation", until it is ready to send the first prospecting e-mails (generally 15 days).This preparation period is necessary and gives the platform time to purchase the prospecting e-mail accounts that will be used to send e-mails to your prospects. Once purchased, these e-mail accounts will go through a "warm-up" phase, to guarantee good deliverability during prospecting campaigns.
Once the preparation phase is complete, your order will take on the status "Active", meaning that the order is ready for the first mailings.
