# Connecting your calendar to Oliverlist

## In this article, you will learn how to access the OliverList calendar connection interface.

By connecting your calendar to OliverList, you allow us to offer your prospects time slots when you are actually available! This connection is therefore highly recommended to facilitate the smooth running of your prospecting campaigns.

If you don't connect your calendar to OliverList, prospects might schedule appointments with you at times when you are not available.

#### What are the steps to connect my calendar?

- Access the "Calendar" page of your OliverList account
- Select your calendar "provider" (Gmail/Gsuite, Outlook)
- Enter your credentials
- Click on "Connect" (bottom right)
- You will then be redirected to the secure login page of your provider (simply follow the steps)
- Once the previous step is completed, you will be redirected to our platform where you can configure your new appointment scheduling tool

#### Attention:

- You must use the same email address during each step of calendar synchronization.
- You must also check all permissions during the connection step with your calendar provider.
