# How to create an exclusion list? (exclude your clients, prospects, contacts from campaigns)

## Our platform allows you to provide a complete list of companies to exclude from your campaigns.

**Who do we recommend including in this exclusion list?**

We recommend including in this list:

- Your clients
- Your current prospects
- Your partners
- Your competitors And more broadly, any company you wish to exclude from campaigns

**How to insert this list on the platform?**

Please note, adding an exclusion list is a feature only accessible from the administrator account You can upload your exclusion list from the dedicated section. To access it, follow these steps:

1. Access the "Settings" section: Use the left menu (dark blue) to access this section
2. Access the "Blacklist" section: Use the menu at the top of the screen to navigate to this section
3. Choose the file and upload it

**A blacklist must be structured as follows:**

- It should only contain domain names (or email addresses)
- Create and save the list in **.CSV** format (Excel or Google Sheets format)
- Before adding a domain name to the list, make sure to **remove any prefix or suffix** such as "https://", "[www](http://www).", or "/contact"
- In cell A1, write the word "domain".
- Enter each domain name in a separate cell, starting with A2, then A3, A4, and so on.
