How to create an exclusion list? (exclude your clients, prospects, contacts from campaigns)

Our platform allows you to provide a complete list of companies to exclude from your campaigns.

Who do we recommend including in this exclusion list?

We recommend including in this list:

  • Your clients
  • Your current prospects
  • Your partners
  • Your competitors And more broadly, any company you wish to exclude from campaigns

How to insert this list on the platform?

Please note, adding an exclusion list is a feature only accessible from the administrator account You can upload your exclusion list from the dedicated section. To access it, follow these steps:

  1. Access the "Settings" section: Use the left menu (dark blue) to access this section
  2. Access the "Blacklist" section: Use the menu at the top of the screen to navigate to this section
  3. Choose the file and upload it

A blacklist must be structured as follows:

  • It should only contain domain names (or email addresses)
  • Create and save the list in .CSV format (Excel or Google Sheets format)
  • Before adding a domain name to the list, make sure to remove any prefix or suffix such as "https://", "www.", or "/contact"
  • In cell A1, write the word "domain".
  • Enter each domain name in a separate cell, starting with A2, then A3, A4, and so on.
