- Your current prospects
- Your partners
- Your competitors And more broadly, any company you wish to exclude from campaigns
How to insert this list on the platform?
Please note, adding an exclusion list is a feature only accessible from the administrator account You can upload your exclusion list from the dedicated section. To access it, follow these steps:
- Access the "Settings" section: Use the left menu (dark blue) to access this section
- Access the "Blacklist" section: Use the menu at the top of the screen to navigate to this section
- Choose the file and upload it
A blacklist must be structured as follows:
- It should only contain domain names (or email addresses)
- Create and save the list in .CSV format (Excel or Google Sheets format)
- Before adding a domain name to the list, make sure to remove any prefix or suffix such as "https://", "www.", or "/contact"
- In cell A1, write the word "domain".
- Enter each domain name in a separate cell, starting with A2, then A3, A4, and so on.
